As we endeavour to fine-tune and organize this as our official Church Website we wish to inform everyone that you can, for a while still, log in to www.themidnightcry.com. Recently, we were privileged to receive an abundance of messages that specifically addressed the spirit of our present society. As someone correctly stated, when looking for the world, you will find it within the Church, and when searching for the Church, you would find in in the world.
Many sermons preached today are addressing holiness and sanctification from the world, and this is great. The problem is, for the past 2000 years, the Devil has transformed himself into being a messenger of light and righteousness and has sent out his apostles proclaiming the same. The inability to differentiate between God and Satan, light and darkness, truth and error, holiness and worldliness and the list goes on and on, will result in the abounding of iniquity. My.24:12.
We the children of God cannot afford to "wonder after the Beast" as is described in Revelation 13 and be unable to recognize it. We cannot be naïve to the possibility that we may be included in the Mt.7: 21-23 group who prophecy, cast out demons and are involved in many wonderful works, yet unaware that they were workers of iniquity. Iniquity is a subtle mystery that has enslaved many sincere children of God.
As the Lord helps and inspires us, we hope to address similar issues in a weekly blog.
